СУТНІСТЬ І НАУКОВІ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ФЕНОМЕНУ АКМЕОЛОГІЯ

The article deals with the stages of development of acmeology: latent, nominal, incubation, and institutional. The concept and essence of acmeology as a science of human achievement of the highest peaks in the life and self-realization of creative potential, which is the basis of universal human potential, is analyzed. The scientific positions of scientists concerning determination of the role and place of acmeology as a science about the regularities of higher achievements in the integral development of a person are considered. The emphasis is made on the specifics of acmeology, the essence of which is on the examining of the entire life and professional way of the individual, considers it simultaneously in psychological and socio-professional quality. Social significance and tasks of the science is defined. The criteria for the significance of “acme” are described, namely: socially, objectively meaningful “acme”, personal and individual.
