A subject of the article is a problem of the emotional resilience forming of the future teacher, including his development in the process of students’ training for their professional activity. The theoretical and methodological analysis of psychological and pedagogical research of the problem has been carried out. It was determined the definition of the emotional resilience of the educator, his components as well as the symptoms of violations of emotional resilience; a list of factors that determine them was given. It was considered a system of means for forming emotional resilience in the students' training process for their professional activity and prevention of violations. The necessity of identifying the criteria, indicators and levels of emotional resilience formation as the readiness of students for constructive decision of emotional situations in the professional activity is substantiated. The importance of developing measures for the development of resources and conditions of psychological and pedagogical interaction of students, taking into account their individual characteristi was presented. The necessity of introducing the program of formation of emotional literacy of students in the existing process of professional training has been proved.
