The article deals with the theoretical analysis of the concepts of “individualization”, “individual approach”, “inclusive educational environment”. The implementation of the principle of individualization in an inclusive educational environment, as a condition for the successful acquisition of education by all children with their individual uniqueness is considered in the article. On the basis of analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific researches, pedagogical principles of studying and application of an individual approach are highlighted. It is revealed that the realization of this principle requires compliance with a number of conditions. In modern educational institutions, an individual approach loses its power due to the inability of teachers to cover all participants in the educational process. The stages of the implementation of the individual approach, which promote more active and effective use of the principle of individualization are singled out. The conclusions drawn in the article can be used during the theoretical substantiation of the implementation of an individual approach through tutor activity of teachers.
