PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL LABOR PROTECTION COMPETENCE STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL SPECIALTIES

Today, the negative factors of the educational environment are the cause of significant loss of health of students and teachers. Moreover, there is a direct relationship between the health of students and the health of teachers.

We believe that one of the main ways to solve this problem is to increase the effectiveness of the formation of professional labor protection competence of students of pedagogical specialties as a competence to preserve the life, health and efficiency of the subjects of the educational process. Solving this problem is of strategic importance, because the future of the nation is determined by the health of the younger generation.

The analysis of scientific and methodological sources shows the recent increase in the interest of scientists and practitioners in improving the preparation of students of pedagogical specialties to preserve the health of the subjects of the educational process. However, the problem of forming professional occupational competence of future teachers is insufficiently studied. In particular, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional occupational competence of students of pedagogical specialties are not described.

In this publication, based on their own experience of teaching "Labor protection in the field" for future teachers and appeal to the relevant views of teachers, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional occupational competence in students of pedagogical specialties are substantiated.

To the first pedagogical condition of formation of professional labor protection competence of students of pedagogical specialties we carry professional orientation of the maintenance of training on "Labor protection in the field".

To the second pedagogical condition of formation of professional labor protection competence of students of pedagogical specialties we carry formation of the value relation to professional labor protection activity.

To the third pedagogical condition of formation of professional labor protection competence of students of pedagogical specialties we carry active application of innovative educational technologies.
