Abstract

The article shows one of the most actual problems of modern pedagogy – the problem of readiness of primary school students to create and maintain humane relationships with participants in the educational process, namely with adults and peers; reveals the essence of basic concepts: humanity, humanism, humane relationships. However, this problem still needs to be studied in detail, especially at the stage of development of the personality of a primary school child.

Based on a retrospective analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the structure of relationships between primary school students, is substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the method of studying the readiness of students to interact with peers.  Indicators and levels of this readiness are determined. Diagnostic data showed that to increase the level of readiness of the child to create humane relationships and magnification practical experience of communication in the school environment, it is necessary to create appropriate pedagogical conditions that will lay the foundation for humane relationships of its participants, particularly in the context of "teacher-student", "student-student".

Educational and pedagogical interaction is analyzed as an interconnected process of exchanging information about communication between people in society, as a source of comfortable stay of the child in the school team.
