SELF-EDUCATION AS A COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE PRIMARY TEACHERS

The article states that professional training is a component of continuing pedagogical education. The essence of professional training of future primary school teachers is to form a system of knowledge and personal qualities, motivation for learning and self-education and skills of independent organization of the educational process, mastering the set of components necessary to perform various functions of further professional activity.

It was found that one of the components of professional training of future primary school teachers, which determines the new quality of education, is self-education. It should be noted that it is system-forming, as it inextricably combines in its own development the formation of all other components, being not only a goal but also a means of effective personal development in the process of vocational education. Its specificity is that in the process of self-education the subject and the object of education act in one person.

It is emphasized that according to scientists the highest level of professional training is achieved only when it is focused on the creative activity of students within the institution of higher education, which leads to fundamental changes in their personal and professional qualities, but this can be achieved only when the need arises. future professionals in professional self-development and self-improvement, to develop the ability to emotional and volitional self-regulation, self-organization, self-control. All these components are components of self-educational activities.

Thus, the purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the key concepts of the study.

Methods: analysis, systematization and generalization of psychological and pedagogical scientific literature in order to clarify the state of development of the problem and clarify the conceptual apparatus.

Professional training of future primary school teachers should ensure that he has value orientations, motives, inner need for systematic renewal and enrichment of professional competencies, awareness of personal and social importance of self-education, developed emotional and volitional mechanism to overcome difficulties in acquiring new knowledge in the process self-educational activities.
