PARTNERSHIP INTERACTION IN THE DYAD “FAMILY – SCHOOL”

The article is devoted to the problem of organizing a partnership between family and school. It was noted that the family is an important institution for formation, development and upbringing of a child, the main carrier of socio-cultural practice, preservation of traditions, values, work skills, moral principles, norms and rules of behaviour. In the article there were revealed some difficulties of parents in establishing favorable child-parent relations, which are connected with insufficient knowledge about psychological and pedagogical features of development of children of different ages, lack of uniform requirements for upbringing and undemandingness to children; inefficiency of well-known forms and methods of education and inability to use new, progressive forms, methods and means of education, etc.

 It was established that the successful solution of the problems of development and upbringing of children in the family is possible under the condition of partnership. It was found that the partnership in the dyad “family – school” is characterized by purposefulness, explicitness, situationality, reflexive.

The directions of partnership interaction of family and school have been defined: studying of families, their educational and information needs and inquiries, educational and cultural potential; creating conditions for the inclusion of parents in the activities of secondary education institutions as equal subjects; use of various forms of interaction, filling them with modern content; improving the pedagogical, legal, information culture of the subjects of the educational process, the formation of a single information space that promotes partnership between teachers, children and parents.

The stages of partnership interaction (diagnostic-analytical, organizational, activity practical) and ways of their realization were distinguished.
