The relevance of the problem of formation of humane behavior of preschool children at present is substantiated in the article. The emphasis is placed on the need for the interaction of educators in pre-school  establishments and parents in child’s upbringing. The technology of mutual pedagogical influence of educators in pre-school establishments and parents on the formation of humane behavior of senior preschool children has been proposed. The basis of this technology is the interconnection of knowledge and ideas that children gain during their classes with their everyday lives. The content of this technology has been presented via the thematic block “With an educator and parents all children grow up humane ones”. It outlines the formation of humane behavior of senior preschool children via the attitude towards themselves, people, natural and social environment; coherence with parents in applying methods and means of pedagogical influence on children and the use of an individual approach in the educational process. The individual work of every educational institution and mutual activities of pre-school establishments and the family are provided in accordance with the levels of formation of humane behavior of children, family peculiarities and the possibility of mutual participation of children and adults.
