Abstract

Changes in the socio-economic development of Ukraine, informatization and technologicalization of society, new economic structures and qualitatively new industrial relations in the country require further development of education, strengthening its connection with life, its purposefulness and practical effectiveness. This requires radical changes in the system of secondary and higher education, training of new generation teachers, mobile and competitive in the market of educational services. Solving this problem requires defining conceptual long-term strategies for further improvement and development of teacher education.

Achieving the goals and taking into account the principles of professional training show that the future teacher must be ready to solve many functions. At the same time, we especially emphasize the implementation of didactic principles necessary for the training of a competent specialist.

The principle of subjectivity helps to implement a new pedagogical idea, a new direction of training, which is opposed to the approach to the individual as an object. When using this principle, professional training becomes subjectively significant, filled with personal meaning for the student, feelings recorded in his subjective experience. It is the subjective experience that testifies to the uniqueness, the uniqueness of each individual, it is the space in which cooperation, cooperation between teacher and student is possible.
