ПІДГОТОВКА МАЙБУТНІХ ВИХОВАТЕЛІВ ДО ФОРМУВАННЯ У ДОШКІЛЬНИКІВ ЦІННІСНОГО СТАВЛЕННЯ ДО ПРАЦІ

The results of the study of the problem of preparing future educators of preschool children for the formation of a value attitude towards work in preschoolers are presented in the articles. As the author stated in the content of the professional training of future teachers of preschool institutions there is sufficiently unused opportunities for students to form their own value orientations, which would form the basis of their readiness to raise children's value attitude to the world and, in
particular, to the results of human labor. It is determined that the value relation of children of preschool age to work and its results is formed provided that they have knowledge of labor activity as a source of material and spiritual forces of society, interest in work and experience of joint work with adults and peers. The basis of the research is the competent approach to the training of specialists in the field of preschool education. The author analyzes the contents of the teacher's professional training and proves that it can be substantially deepened by supplementing those educational disciplines, the mastery of which forms the readiness for the labor education of children (general and preschool pedagogy, child psychology, methods of preschool education). The article also provides examples of the use of interactive forms of lectures (discussions, multimedia and problem, etc.).
