It the article it is substantiated the urgency of preschool education problem and problem of future specialists’ training for educational process quality ensuring in preschool institution, the analysis of recent research has been made. The content characteristics of integrated study course methods of ensuring educational process quality in preschool institutions for specialty 012 “Preschool Education” has been submitted. In particular: goal, objectives, the place of discipline in structural logic training scheme, the list of knowledge and skills that future managers of preschool institutions after study course have to possess. It has been described the methodology of lectures with computer presentations using, the tasks and methods for masters’ cognitive activity stimulating. There are the examples of practical training of students with the using of interactive learning technologies: “Brainstorming”, “Carousel”, “Aquarium”, “Press conference”, “Round table”, interactive game technology “Simulation”. The tasks for independent work aimed at development of readiness’ components of masters to ensuring the educational process quality in a preschool institution are presented.
