CURRENT ISSUES OF EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF DISTANCE LEARNING

The article focuses on topical issues of extracurricular education through distance learning. On the basis of the analysis of scientific sources such concepts as «out-of-school education», «out-of-school education institutions» are substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the legal framework for the implementation of extracurricular education. It is emphasized that the priority areas of teaching and education in out-of-school educational institutions are that educational activities in them take place in a relaxed educational process, when students independently choose not only the group they want to attend, but also the school and teachers, respectively to their inclinations, interests and preferences. It is explained that one of the most important tasks of the modern system of extracurricular education is scientific and pedagogical solution to the problem of identifying and developing creative personality of students, creating an effective system of educational process, which ensures successful adaptation of students to social realities. on the basis of self-knowledge, self-organization, self-affirmation. The most important components of the out-of-school education system are systematized. Emphasis is placed on the most important tasks of the modern system of out-of-school education. It is emphasized that out-of-school education today should be considered as one that reveals the immediate prospects of personal development in various social and educational institutions, where out-of-school educational institutions should become centers of motivational personality development, self-realization and professional self-determination. The main aspects of the extracurricular educational process with the help of distance learning tools are analyzed. The most common forms of implementation of the remote format of the educational process in out-of-school institutions are specified.
