PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF TEACHERS FOR THE USE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

The article states that the effectiveness of educational institutions depends not only on the programs of education and upbringing, but also on the personality of the teacher, his relationship with children. A modern teacher is a professional who is oriented in scientific achievements, innovations, has different technologies of development, education and upbringing of children, capable of self-development, self-improvement, self-modeling and self-design in various spheres of life, including professional. In this regard, special attention is paid to significantly improving the quality of teacher training. The pedagogical conditions of professional training of teachers for the use of innovative technologies are theoretically substantiated, including: formation of positive professionally-oriented motivation of teachers to master innovative technologies in order to effectively use them in future professional activities; variable use of traditional and innovative forms and methods of professional training of teachers to master innovative technologies in the process of studying normative and special courses; integration of theoretical and practical training of specialists in the use of innovative technologies. The interconnected pedagogical conditions defined by us are called to provide the qualitative organization of process of formation of readiness of teachers to application of innovative technologies in work with children.

The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions of professional training of teachers for the use of innovative technologies.

In the framework of our work the essence of the concept of "pedagogical conditions" is revealed and their content in the professional training of teachers is revealed. The analysis of modern approaches to the research topic is carried out. It was found that the creation of favorable pedagogical conditions allows more active use of innovative technologies in working with children.
