CURRENT LANDMARKS FOR THE MODERNIZATION OF MODERN EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT A GROWING PERSONALITY: THEORETICAL ANALYSIS

The article deals with the analysis of the current state of reforming the national education system, on the basis of which the essence of the leading landmarks of its modernization was determined and characterized.

The leading ideas of such modernization have been updated, namely: improving the quality of education and the quality of educational activities and creating conditions for equal access to all types and forms of education; improving the quality of teaching of educational subjects (integrated courses) due to the improvement of the quality of the professional activity of teachers; effective implementation of the autonomy of educational institutions, and therefore the improvement of the efficiency of their management and educational activities; “co-evolution”, which, based on the combination of knowledge about the natural and socio-humanitarian environment, ensures the creation of a universal model of the future socio-cultural and educational space, regarding to which the evolutionary processes of the development of an individual, society and civilization, and the surrounding environment are logically interconnected; anticipatory, personally oriented, child-centered education and implementation of the principles of nature conformity and cultural conformity into its construction.

It was proved that the development of the national education system, which is characterized by the strengthening of public participation in the management of education on parity basis together with its state management, should be considered as a leading phenomenon of democracy.

The undeniable significance of philosophical-cultural, psychological-pedagogical and social concepts was characterized: regarding the biosocial nature of the growing personality and its harmonious interaction with the surrounding world; growing personality as an active subject of activity and personal or collective creative development and self-development, development and self-development.
