A SYSTEMATIC AND COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH IN THE TRAINING OF FUTURE EDUCATORS IN TEACHER’S TRAINING COLLEGE

In the article the peculiarities of the implementation of the system-holistic approach as an integration and synthesis of various aspects of methodical training of future teachers of preschool education institutions are defined and substantiated. The author’s vision of the key concepts of the outlined topic is presented (systemic and holistic approach in methodical training of future educators). The key concepts of the researched topic “system”, “system approach”, “system-holistic approach” are specified.

Attention is focused on the following structural components of the system of methodical training of future teachers of early childhood education in pedagogical colleges: target, content-organizational, praxeological, effective. It is emphasized that in the process of studying professional disciplines, one of the necessary condition for consolidating theoretical material is the practical activity of students.

It has been established that the essence of methodical training for future teachers of special education in the teacher training college is based on the implementation of a systemic and holistic approach through the formation of students' creative abilities; development of methodological innovations; development of sustainable motivation of future educators to acquire professional knowledge, skills, and abilities; directing them to continuous self-education.

It has been found that in the scientific pedagogical works of scientists, insufficient attention is paid to the consideration of the problem of the introduction of the systemic-holistic approach in the conditions of vocational pre-higher education, which implies the further design of a structural-functional model of the use of the ideas of the systemic-holistic approach for teaching professional methods in the teacher’s training college.
