EATURES OF THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE FUTURE ORCHESTRA CONDUCTOR

The article states that among the many existing professions, those related to pedagogical activity occupy a special place both in terms of number and content, since the object of this type of activity is a person, his inner world, psyche, intellect, and thinking. These professions contribute to the formation of a comprehensively developed, harmonious personality, the intellectual potential of the nation. The profession of the future conductor of an orchestra is no exception to this. The specificity of his activity is characterized, which requires theoretical study and understanding of children's performance on wind instruments, constant analysis of requirements for participants taking into account age perception and interaction. It was found that the problem of children's instrumental music-making always gives rise to a wide range of various questions related to the professional training of students, which expands our ideas about new effective forms of work with students, which require a new vision of means and approaches to involving them in independent creative activities .

A characteristic feature of the professional activity of the future conductor of an orchestra is that it is closely connected with socio-pedagogical activity, which, in turn, is a multifaceted phenomenon with its own properties. The specificity of his professional activity is caused by the fact that the children's orchestra functions in the time free from classes, has an unregulated nature, the main means of education is art, artistic creativity.

So, on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the concept, which reveals the prerequisites for the readiness of future conductors to manage orchestral ensembles, it can be concluded that it is a synthesis of mental, motivational, emotional, volitional and other personality traits, combined with the acquisition of pedagogical and special professional knowledge and acquired skills , which form in students/future conductors the appropriate leadership qualities and bring them closer to organizational and creative work.
