The article deals with the problem of regulatory mechanisms of value-meaningful self-regulation of а person, which allow us to consider this phenomenon as value-meaningful self-regulation. In such a way self-regulation is defined as a harmonious, integral structural component. Therefore, the definition of the structural components of the value-meaning self-regulation phenomenon is both an interesting and important psychological and pedagogical problem, which is solved in the scientific field as a kind of “life project”, as the acquisition of the meaning of life. It is shown that quite often a person looks for the most optimal choice, thinks about his/her own life (he/she analyzes, generalizes and builds his/her views, ideas, possibilities), experiences and perceptions of events (this mechanism is dominant from the point of view of changing the value-meaning sphere of the personality, as well as changes in his/her value-meaning self-regulation). It has been proven that all these moments relate directly to the inner life of a person. It is shown that in the plan of the question of the formation of value-meaning self-regulation of the individual in all explanations presented by us, there is not one important social moment, such as conative manifestation of the individual’s inner activity or the absolute completion by a person of a certain type of the activity.
It was determined that in relation to the internal plan, the person’s life can take a place at different levels of value-meaningful self-regulation: 1) the individual’s understanding and/or his/her experience of the action, activity; self-awareness of what it is directly given; taking into account extremely large number of direct stimuli, goals, motives; 2) searching for meanings of one’s own behavior and activities, actions of the individual; the analysis of life situations, time and space scripts of one’s own life or the life of other people; understanding of what happens to the person himself/herself or to other people in the society, in the process of communication and interpersonal interaction; 3) the analysis and attempts to fully justify one’s life in the paradigm of a culture, not just the existence of the society; the process of reconstruction of life as the opportunity to implement life scenarios and projects, taking into account value-meaning scripts and frames; reaching the meta-reflective level of the analysis and modeling of one’s own life as a mechanism for realizing a true essence of a person.
