ПІДГОТОВКА МАЙБУТНЬОГО ВИКЛАДАЧА МЕТОДИК ДОШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ

The training of the future teacher of methodologies of preschool education is characterized in this article as one of the criteria of sociocultural, spiritual, intellectual development of the pedagogical intellectuals, who are working in the higher educational institutions. The author of the article refers to the scientific researches of L. Artemova, I. Bekh, S. Vitvitskaya, M. Gromkova, N. Kuzmina, N. Lysenko, M. Oleinik, A. Shcherbakov and others, references to analysis of pedagogical practice of higher education are made. It is concluded that the important indicator of the preparedness of the future teacher is the increase of the level of his competence and creativity.

All mentioned above can be achieved by transformation of the content of educational plans and educational programs of specialty “Preschool education” and by organization of training based on the subject-subject basis. The content and structure of the preparation of the future teacher of preschool education methodologies is implemented on the basis of the andragogical model. The main parameters of this model are: purpose and tasks of professional training, motivation of students, ways of their activation, organization of the educational process and the interaction of stakeholders.
