Abstract

The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the system of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future IT specialists in the process of professional training. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, generalization of contemporary approaches to the professional training of IT specialists, the authors’ own experience of professional and pedagogical activity in a higher education institution, observation of students’ educational activities, and the results of the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment, a system of pedagogical conditions has been identified, the implementation of which contributes to increasing the effectiveness of professional training of future IT specialists.

The identified pedagogical conditions include: the gradual integration of theoretical training with students’ practice-oriented activities; the incorporation of interdisciplinary connections into the content of professional training for future IT specialists; the development of internal professional motivation of future IT specialists; reflective support of the professional development of students majoring in IT specialties; and the enhancement of professional and communicative interaction within the educational process.

It has been substantiated that the defined pedagogical conditions constitute a holistic and interconnected system in which each condition complements and reinforces the others, ensuring a consistent transition from the acquisition of knowledge to its practical application, professional comprehension, and readiness for interaction within a real IT environment.
