The article deals with the analysis the methodological principles of preparing future educators for the positions of the humanistic paradigm. The basic problems of organization of humanistic education of students are determined. The components of the personal humanistic concept of the teacher are described. It has been proved that the training of future preschool education specialists is effective if implemented as a system on the principles of integrity and structural completeness. The pedagogical conditions of realization of the basic provisions of the humanistic education of the students are identified, among them transformation of the educational and cultural environment of the educational institution, provision of sociopsychological comfort, professional competence of teachers. The stages of teacher training for humanistic upbringing of preschool children are determined.
