FORMING OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE FOR AGRARIAN STUDENTS

It was found that the agricultural sector in Ukraine is growing every year, so a number of skilled professionals with agronomic education are needed: agricultural holdings, farms, chemical, seed, consulting, distribution, investment and trade companies and even banks. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the components of professional competence of modern specialists in the agricultural sector.

The author points out that the main task of the higher agricultural school is to provide students with sufficient scientific information, and to teach future professionals to work independently with special and scientific literature, to monitor the development of innovative technologies in agriculture, constantly replenish their knowledge with new progressive forms of agricultural training. profile in the new working conditions. Author of the analysis of the results of the study of professional competence of future specialists of agrarians. The analysis of the experimental work leads the author to the conclusion that the model of professional competence of future agrarians proposed by him earlier to optimize the process of professional training and contributes to the effective formation of professional competence of agro-industrial complex workers.

The final results obtained by the expert group showed that compared to the initial indicators there were significant changes in the development of professional competence of agricultural students in EG. At the final stage, he summarizes the results of the study, which allowed to form an idea of the level of professional competence. The general professional competence of future specialists of agrarians of the experimental group corresponds to the average level, a statistically significant increase in the number of future specialists of agrarians with a high level of professional competence. On this basis, the author argues that certain pedagogical conditions can qualitatively increase the level of professional competence of student farmers.
