The article shows the problem of the importance of forming the interactive competence of a modern teacher as a guarantee of the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process in the context of implementing the concept of the New Ukrainian School.
The peculiarities of the organization of interactive interaction of the participants of the educational process as a specially organized method of multilateral communication, which involves the activity of each subject of the educational process, are described.
The specifics of the role of a moderator of a modern teacher are revealed, whose important professional quality is the ability to overcome the frustrating states of group work participants related to the organization of the communication process and behavioral reactions of group interaction partners. The general rules of communication of participants of educational process are defined, namely: to use «I-links»; avoid common phrases; focus on the goal; be able to listen; be active; laconic; carry out constructive criticism.
The significance of the interactive competence of a modern teacher is determined, which we consider as the ability to organize teamwork, manage the development of the group, the ability to regulate tense relations, to manage the discussion. Emphasis is placed on the importance of communicative, perceptual competence of teachers in the context of effective use of interactive technologies in the educational process. Examples of the use of techniques that contribute to the effective organization of the communicative process in the preparation of future teachers: metacommunicative techniques, active listening techniques, argumentation techniques, techniques that regulate the emotional state of participants in the educational process.
