The article is devoted to the problem of training teachers in Volyn at the Lutsk Pedagogical School in the period from 1944. after 1952 The relevance of the research is determined by the need to rethink the educational paradigm and generate new ideas regarding the modernization of the educational process. It was determined that the teaching institute, which, despite the ban of the Polish, German, and Soviet authorities, embodied the hope of national consciousness, unity and victory. The purpose of the study was to study the peculiarities of teacher training at the Lutsk Pedagogical School in 1944–1952 in the context of the post-war reconstruction of education in Volyn. The article presents a theoretical analysis of domestic and scientific-methodical literature, normative-legal documents and the legislative framework. On the basis of archival materials, a detailed analysis of the features of the post-war training of teachers at the Lutsk Pedagogical School is presented. The perspective of the development of further scientific research on the peculiarities of the educational process in the Lutsk Pedagogical School of the outlined period is outlined.
