ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE MICROBLOG USAGE FOR THE FOREIGN LANGUAGES COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT

In the conditions of transition from knowledge approach in studies to competence approach, in time of total digitalization and informatization of society the search of effective methodics, and methods in learning of foreign languages dictates non-standard facilities of computer information technologies, in particular, microblogs.

Due to Internet- and blog-technologies a dipping in a language environment becomes possible at any time from any place of the Earth. It opens for all participants of educational process the boundless world of commununication, self-expression and studies vitally necessary for сontemporary young man.

The usage of microblogs, as a learning tool, has a set of positive properties such as: development of communicative culture, forming of cross-cultural cooperation, multitopicality, an access to the on-line materials, realization of intercommunication and hierarchical construction of knowledge, critical (re) comprehension, (re) constructing, (self) evaluation.

The conditions of successful implementation of blog-technologies in educational process are: computer literacy both, the teacher and the student; proper material and technical base; high-speed Internet; systematic character of lessons and system in preparing and development teaching materials in accordance with Curricula, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and the Educational Standards of Ukraine; creation of comfort educational of informative communicative environment.

Microblog as one of the newest Internet-technologies, potential of which only begins to open up in education, has already declared about itself as about an extraordinarily and perspective informative environment for development of network colloboration for exchanging knowledge within the framework of providing educational process.

The research is focused on the foreign languages communicative competence, development and improvement of which becomes possible for terms of active and correct usage of blog-technologies in accordance with educational and teaching aims.
