DIFFERENT FORMS OF WORK IN THE STUDY OF MULTIPLICATION AND DIVISION TABLES IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

The article considers various forms of work in the study of multiplication and division tables. In the course of mathematics of primary school the theme "Tabular multiplication and division" is an extremely important. According to most Methodists, the main task of this topic is, firstly, the formation of students' full computational skills, and secondly, well-thought-out long-term preparation for the introduction and subsequent mastery of techniques and algorithms of oral and written multiplication and division. Knowledge of the multiplication table and the corresponding cases of division must be formed at the level of automated skills. Assimilation by children of the content of this or that mathematical concept should begin with understanding of its necessity, usefulness. Insufficient attention to this is one of the reasons for the formalism in students' knowledge, which is exacerbated by insufficient attention to the motivation of each student's learning activities in accordance with his needs. Therefore, from the very beginning it is necessary to show children that mathematical concepts are conditioned by the needs of life. Psychological research has shown that a person usually remembers only what is interesting to him, and only what is important personally to him. To implement this task, it is proposed to: show students the application of mathematics in life, in human labor; train them in the application of mathematical knowledge to perform computational, computational, graphical and measuring work. This increases the interest of students in the study of mathematics, lays the foundations for a correct understanding of the importance of mathematics in people's lives. When compiling columns of tables, students should be shown various "secrets" of multiplication; considered traditional and non-traditional ways of studying multiplication and division tables; studied the tables of multiplication and division in the form of a game in order to facilitate the memorization of the results of tabular multiplication and division. This approach will increase the interest of students in the study of mathematics, will lay the foundations for a correct understanding of the importance of mathematics in people's lives.
