READYNESS OF MASTERS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION FOR FORMATION OF POSITIVE IMAGE OF THE MODERN INSTITUTION OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE

In the article, the relevance of the problem of forming a positive image of preschool education is substantiated, the content and structure of the image of the institution of preschool education are revealed, the ways of its formation are determined.  The image of the institution of preschool education consists of representations on the quality of educational services, relations between educators, pupils and their parents, personnel potential and state of material base.  A wide range of preschool educational institutions allows parents to choose that establishment, which, in their opinion, is the best. This, in turn, creates an atmosphere of competition and its competitiveness ensures the development of a modern institution of preschool education.  It is proved that there is a direct proportional dependence between the positive image of the institution and its prosperity.  Investigation Problems of formation of a positive image of preschool educational institutions allowed to determine the components of a positive image: image of service, image of educational services consumers, image of the manager, internal image of preschool education, image of personnel, visual image, social image, business image. The content of the discipline "Image of preschool institution" as a component of the masters of specialty 012 "Preschool Education" to ensure the quality of the educational process in the institution of preschool education, the purpose of which to form image competence in the second degree of higher education, to equip them with the system of scientific concepts, categories of image concepts,  To form practical skills in creating a positive image of the institution of preschool education.  It is revealed, teaching the discipline "Image of the Institute of Preschool Education" enables the effectiveness of the formation of the readiness of the masters of preschool education to the formation of a positive image of a modern institution of preschool education in the educational space and their image preparation.
