MODERN FORMS OF EDUCATIONAL WORK IN THE CONTEXT OF THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL

The article analyzes and identifies modern forms of educational work according to the concept of NUS. The opinion that the new paradigm of education is to understand the child as a subject and purpose of education, focuses on awareness of education as a socio-pedagogical phenomenon, to increase the educational potential of the educational environment and design a holistic educational space. The opinion is substantiated that upbringing is a purposeful activity carried out in the education system, focused on creating conditions for the development of spirituality of a growing individual on the basis of universal (dignity, honesty, justice, care, respect for life, respect for yourself and others) and national (respect for the native language and culture, patriotism, respect for the environment, respect for the law, solidarity, responsibility) values. The center of education should be educating students to take responsibility for themselves, for the well-being of our country.

It was found that the process of education involves the use of forms, methods and means of work aimed at forming a personality, improving, correcting or developing some of its qualities and traits. Every teacher and educator understands that the process of education is based not only on the implementation of a certain set of actions, and the result of the educational process does not always coincide with expectations.

The author concludes that the educational environment of the primary education institution is the environment of direct and indirect influence on the child in the educational institution in the aggregate of material and spiritual support of the educational process, which creates favorable conditions for personal and social development of students. interaction, value-oriented activities.
