THE ISSUES OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN DURING THE WAR: INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT

The article considers information and technological support of psychological and pedagogical support for children during the war. It is noted that during the russian-ukrainian war, out of seven million Ukrainian children, 4.3 million were forced to leave their homes, 232 children died and 427 were injured. Due to it children as the most vulnerable category of the population need professional psychological and pedagogical support. And the adults who provide this support need the means of its information technology support, evaluation and systematization of existing resources.

It was found that during almost three months of hostilities in Ukraine, many governmental and non-governmental organizations, teachers, psychologists, and psychotherapists joined the organization and provision of psychological and pedagogical support. For example, on May 18, 2022, at the request of “Psychological and pedagogical support for children in war”, Google produced 7,450,000 results in 0.55 seconds. Such a large amount of information needs analysis, systematization, evaluation and generalization.

The main sources of information and technological support were described: the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the website of the Institute for Modernization of Educational Content, the website of the Education Ombudsman of Ukraine, video instructions and infographics posted on YouTube, telegram channels (Support the child Wars, Psychological Support, etc.), chatbots (Dovidka Info, Friends, etc.), information comics, courses on online platforms Prometheus, EdEra, pages of psychotherapists, psychologists on Facebook, blogs (Children in the City, Mental Code, etc.). Their advantages, disadvantages and dangers are defined, prospects of their further use are defined.
