ФОРМУВАННЯ ПОЕТИЧНО-ЕМОЦІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНЦІЇ У ХУДОЖНЬО-МОВЛЕННЄВІЙ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ДІТЕЙ

The necessity of poetical and emotional competence forming in artistic speech activity of children is substantiated in the article. Attention is drawn to the contradictions between the necessity of training teachers employed at the preschool institutions in the organization and supervision of poetic pieces usage in speech activity of the preschool-age children and insufficient development of technological and informative and methodological support of this activity.
The essence and main points of the poetic and emotional competence formation in the context of artistic speech development of the senior preschoolage children have been explained. Poetically-emotional competence is considered as an important way of speech and personality developing, and what is more as one of the factors in the formation of speech competence of  preschoolers. Experimental methodology of the poetic and emotional competence formation in the artistic speech activity of the senior preschool age children has been proposed. Features of organizing and conducting work with the poetic pieces usage at the preschool institutions have been detected. It has been emphasized on the necessity of developing environment creation and the realization of personality oriented approach to children in conditions of literary speech activity. Pedagogical conditions of the musical and emotional competence formation of the senior preschool children in artistic and language activity have been substantiated.
