AXIOLOGICAL PARADIGM OF TRAINING FUTURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE SPECIALISTS

The article analyzes the axiological paradigm of training future foreign language specialists in the context of the formation of competences of future foreign language specialists in the conditions of modern education. Today's requirements for future foreign language specialists are not limited to language skills, but involve the development of other competencies, such as cultural, intercultural and social. In this connection, the study of the axiological paradigm of training future foreign language specialists becomes relevant.

It was found that the axiological paradigm of modern education is designed to help teachers educate people with a higher level of conscious attitude to the world and values, to enrich their experience and to form civic consciousness, which is an important component of the development of society.

The axiological paradigm in the context of learning a foreign language is based on the recognition of value orientations, ideals and requirements on which the process of learning a foreign language should be based. This paradigm brings to the fore the personal development of the acquirer and the formation of his value orientations and the ability to use the language in accordance with the cultural traditions of the nation whose language he is learning. It also involves the development of students' critical thinking and the ability to analyze information from various sources from the point of view of value orientations.

The article determines that the axiological paradigm contributes to the formation of value orientations, which makes it possible to take into account the interests and needs of students in the educational process and contributes to their professional growth in the future. The application of the axiological paradigm is effective in the development of professional competencies of future foreign language specialists.

The application of the axiological paradigm in foreign language learning involves the use of interactive teaching methods, the involvement of intercultural aspects, the study of moral and ethical norms and principles, and the development of students' speech culture.
