RESOURCE OPPORTUNITIES OF THE DISCIPLINE “PEDAGOGY OF PARTNERSHIP IN SCHOOL AND FAMILY EDUCATION” IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE MASTERS OF PRIMARY EDUCATION

The article deals with the resource opportunities of the discipline “Pedagogy of Partnership in School and Family Education” for the formation of professional competence of future masters of primary education.

It is noted that the professional development of future masters of primary education in the system of higher education involves: optimization of learning (allows the most appropriate construction of the educational process, choosing the right educational material); intensifying learning (involves creating favorable conditions for learning); formation of the attitude of future masters to master new, non-standard approaches to solving educational problems in practical work with primary school students, assisting parents in raising children.

Attention is focused on the principles of teaching the discipline (dialogic, variability, practical orientation, viability, creative activity, interactivity, pedagogical support); the essence and peculiarities of using the technology of assistance, technology of cooperation, technologies for organizing independent work in the process of forming the professional competence of future masters of primary education in the context of organizing work with parents in the NUS are revealed. The supervision of independent work involves assisting masters in choosing a task, selecting literature, conducting individual and group consultations, determining deadlines and forms of control, and developing recommendations for submitting reporting forms on the work performed.

It is summarized that the learning of the discipline contributes to the formation of professional competences of future masters of primary education.
