INTEGRAL SYSTEM OF RESEARCH WORK OF UNIVERSITY TEACHER AND А STUDENT AS A WAY TO TRAIN TALENTED YOUTH (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE JUNIOR ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF UKRAINE )

The paper formulates the definition of giftedness from different perspectives, identifies the problems of gifted children today. The article considers the system of research work of a university teacher and a student from the point of view of holistic education as a didactic system.

The concept of “system” implies the presence of a set of elements with relations and connections between them, which form a certain integrity. System formation leads to a property that individual elements do not possess. Therefore, according to the scientific research work of the National Academy of Sciences, the didactic system is an organized object (space) with the help of which the academic director ensures the management of the process of transfer, assimilation, creative search by students of the system of knowledge about nature, society, and man, orients its creative self-expression and on this basis, the development of each of them cognitive powers, social activity, collective activity, the ability to find, analyze, use information, improve it, or discover something new, and apply it in real society, which contributes to the formation of a scientific worldview, a culture of behavior, and positive human qualities. It is shown that the main function is the function of managing the creative process in the sphere of state policy. But in addition to the management function, attention should be paid to the organizational, educational, training, developmental, etc. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the environment components: supervisor, student and the system of evaluation of research results. It has been determined that in conducting research work in the JAS, we touch upon the content and goals, methods, means, organizational forms of activity. They are interconnected, one determines the other, interact with each other, and thus form an integral set consisting of the above elements. This set is the didactic system of the JAS research work. Thus, the didactic system of scientific research work of the Junior Academy of Sciences is a set of interrelated elements, which are the goals, content, methods, means and organizational forms of scientific research. The article describes the elements, identifies the main connections and demonstrates that the system's backbone factor is the goals of scientific research.
