Abstract

The article considers the problem of stages and pedagogical conditions for the development of emotional intelligence of adolescents in the process of creative activity. Emotional intelligence in adolescence plays a key role in the formation of personality, social relationships and successful adaptive behavior. During adolescence, significant changes occur in the emotional sphere. The purpose of the article is to analyze the stages and conditions of development of emotional intelligence of adolescents in the process of creative activity. Emotional intelligence in adolescence is analyzed as an important aspect of their development, influencing different areas of life. Developing empathy in adolescents is important for developing social skills and improving interpersonal relationships. It has been established that the development of emotional intelligence contributes to successful learning. The effectiveness of educational activities is influenced by the development of emotional intelligence of all participants in the educational process, including teachers. It has been determined that the factors in the development of emotional intelligence include personal and pedagogical. Productive methods in managing the development of emotional intelligence are game forms of education, art therapy, behavioral therapy, and discussion methods. Developing emotional intelligence involves consciously learning and practicing skills to manage emotions, understand your feelings, and empathize with the emotions of others. It has been established that the development of emotional intelligence is a long process that requires constant attention and effort. Emotional intelligence skills can be useful in many areas of your learning and creative life. Adolescent emotional intelligence includes the ability to understand, manage, and express emotions, both their own and those of others. Currently, there is an active formation of social and emotional skills. The stages of development of emotional intelligence of adolescents are identified: preparation; incubation; enlightenment (illumination) and verification. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of emotional intelligence are considered: a high level of emotional intelligence of teachers, an atmosphere of emotional comfort in educational activities, emotional support and encouragement for students, partnership interaction between participants in the educational process.
