OVERCOMING ANXIETY IN CHILDREN OF EARLY AGE DURING AIR RAID WARNING

Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of overcoming the anxiety of young children during an air raid in the conditions of martial law. The content and structure of the concepts of  «anxiety» are revealed, the peculiarities of the manifestation of this phenomenon in young children are determined. It has been proven that the modern child, starting from early childhood, is exposed to many adverse influences, which in turn can lead to a delay in the development of the child's potential personality. Such effects include anxiety, which can occur in young children. Considering this, the problem of children's anxiety is of considerable interest for preschool education. The study of the problem of overcoming anxiety in young children during an air alarm made it possible to determine the physical and mental manifestations of anxiety: changes in internal organs and systems: rapid heartbeat, uneven breathing, tremors of the limbs, stiffness of movements, possible increase in pressure, possible upset stomach; fear, excitement, restlessness, etc.

It has been proven that the anxiety of young children is an emotional state of a child that arises in situations of uncertain danger in which he is. The criteria for the anxiety of young children during air anxiety are: intensity of anxiety; anxiety index; the ability to correctly correlate positive and negative emotions; stability of emotional states; a feeling of anxiety at the sound of an air alarm and during a stay in a shelter; ease in the process of adaptation; the presence of mechanisms that reduce anxiety. Pedagogical conditions for overcoming the anxiety of young children during an air alarm are presented: systematic familiarization of children with the concept of  «Air alarm» and the rules of behavior during this signal; involvement of young children in interesting forms of work during their stay in the shelter; use of fairy-tale therapy to overcome anxiety in young children; helping parents deal with anxiety during an «Air alarm».
