ANALYSIS OF THE PECULIARITIES OF T. D. DEMYANYUK’S SCIENTIFIC SCHOOL

The essence of the phenomenon of «scientific school» has been actualised in the article. It has been found that most researchers define a scientific school as a scientific and educational institute, research team, scientific direction, etc. The main features of a scientific school are outlined. In the article analyses the activities of the scientific school of professor T. Demianiuk has been made and proved that according to the type of scientific activity, her school is a research school; according to the type of scientific idea being studied, it is experimental; according to the functional purpose of knowledge, it is applied; according to the level of localisation, it is all-Ukrainian. It was determined that under the leadership of T. Demianiuk, four PhD theses on educational problems have been defended (T. Kolesina, N. Tymoshchuk, T. Havlitina, O. Lysenko). It has is outlined that representatives of T. D. Demianiuk’s scientific school developed the content and directions of national education, problems of rural school activities, problems of psychological and pedagogical training of a competitive teacher.

It has been found that the features of the scientific school of T. Demianiuk are: creative atmosphere of scientific research, an environment of free scientific communication, creativity, friendliness, scientific enthusiasm, scientific implementation, freedom, scientific competition, demanding professional selection of students, etc.
