EDUCATIONAL DIGITALIZATION: TRANSFORMATION OF ICT COURSE CONTENT IN THE TRAINING OF TEACHERS OF VARIOUS SPECIALITIES

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of the content of the course “Information and Communication Technologies” in the context of the digitalization of education, which necessitates the modernization of professional training for future teachers of various specialties. It has been established that the transformation of the course is due to regulatory changes (state educational standards, digital competence frameworks), the needs of the New Ukrainian School for teachers who are proficient in digital tools, the development of EdTech and the growing role of digital ecosystems in education, the need for industry adaptation of ICT disciplines for specialties in the humanities, natural sciences, arts, and technology, the spread of AI tools that significantly change the activities of teachers, and the challenges of wartime that make distance and blended learning relevant.

The conceptual foundations for updating educational content in accordance with international frameworks for digital competence (DigCompEdu, UNESCO ICT-CFT) are revealed.

The vectors for updating the content of the discipline for various educational specialties (preschool education, secondary education (labor training and technology), secondary education (Ukrainian language and literature), secondary education (English language and literature, second foreign language), secondary education (history), secondary education (biology), secondary education (geography), secondary education (natural sciences), secondary education (fine arts)). Particular attention is paid to the integration of cloud services, digital educational platforms, artificial intelligence tools, and didactic digital resources. A model of a modern ICT course is proposed, which takes into account the interdisciplinary nature of teacher training and the tasks of digital education in Ukraine.
