At the current stage of mastering the teaching profession, a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education must be well prepared to perform teaching, scientific and methodological, physical culture and sports, management, educational, socio-pedagogical, health and recreational, correctional and developmental, cultural and educational work. At the same time, an indispensable condition for the successful activity of a specialist in physical culture and sports is proper mastery of mobile and basic sports games – football, basketball, volleyball, handball, which are included in various physical education curricula, knowledge of their structure, techniques and tactics, teaching and training methods.

Emphasis is made on the formation of a high level of their readiness to perform pedagogical, scientific and methodological, physical culture and sports, managerial, educational, socio-pedagogical, health and recreation, correctional and developmental, cultural and educational work.

The main condition for the successful work of a physical education and sports specialist is outlined that include proper mastery of active and basic outdoor and sports games, namely: football, basketball, volleyball, handball, which are included in various educational programs in physical education. The need for in-depth knowledge of the structure, technique, and tactics of these sports is emphasized.

Special attention is paid to the fact that effective education of a particular feature is possible only with the help of appropriate methods, which the future teacher must be ready to master, as well as on games as a means of physical education and a method of organizing a children's team. Through games, the child enters the world of knowledge, begins to learn the alphabet of science on a positive emotional background, and acquires spiritual values.
