ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У ПРОЦЕСІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРИКЛАДНОЇ ТА ТЕХНІЧНОЇ ТВОРЧОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНОЇ ОСВІТНЬОЇ ГАЛУЗІ

У статті проаналізовано використання педагогічних технологій у процесі формування прикладної та педагогічної творчості майбутніх учителів технологій. З’ясовано сутність поняття «педагогічна технологія». Конкретизовано основні характеристики педагогічної технології. Досліджено різновиди педагогічних технологій.

Наголошено, що завдання педагога застосувати таку технологію, яка б передбачала не тільки педагогічний вплив, але й педагогічну взаємодію, співробітництво й співтворчість у системі відносин «викладач – здобувач освіти». З’ясовано також, що основним засобом реалізації ідей і цілей технологічної освітньої галузі є проєктна діяльність. Розтлумачено сутність проектної діяльності та роль педагога у процесі здійснення проєктної діяльності. Конкретизовано важливість проектного навчання саме в технологічній освітній галузі.

На прикладі вивчення дисциплін «Прикладна та технічна творчість учнів» та «Декоративно-прикладна творчість учнів» у Рівненському державному гуманітарному університеті описано зміст предметів, які сприяють формування прикладної та технічної творчості майбутніх учителів технологічної освітньої галузі. Зроблено висновок, що саме проєктна діяльність є динамічним процесом, який сприяє розвитку прикладних та технічних творчих здібностей майбутніх учителів технологічної освітньої галузі, забезпечує саморозвиток і самовдосконалення здобувачів освіти, стимулює пізнавальний інтерес, розвиває креативне мислення тощо.

The article analyzes the use of pedagogical technologies in the process of forming applied and pedagogical creativity of future teachers of technology. The essence of the concept of "pedagogical technology" is clarified, which is interpreted as a systematic educational and educational method of professional development and self-development of the future teacher, a whole system that optimizes the entire educational process, ensuring its rationality and achieving a high level of learning of students. The main characteristics of pedagogical technology are specified. Varieties of pedagogical technologies are studied.

It is emphasized that the task of the teacher is to apply such technology that would provide not only pedagogical influence, but also pedagogical interaction, cooperation and co-creation in the system of relations "teacher - student". It is also clarified that the main means of implementing ideas and goals of the technological educational field is project activity. The essence of project activity, which is understood as an ideal image of an intended, possible object or state, is explained. It has been studied that in the process of implementing creative projects, general and special abilities are developed. The role of the teacher in the process of implementing project activities is explained, who acts as an organizer of the cognitive activity of project applicants, their consultant and manager. The importance of project learning in the technological educational field is specified.

Using the example of studying the disciplines “Applied and Technical Creativity of Students” and “Decorative and Applied Creativity of Students” at the Rivne State Humanitarian University, the content of subjects that contribute to the formation of applied and technical creativity of future teachers of the technological educational field is described. It is concluded that project activities are a dynamic process that contributes to the development of applied and technical creative abilities of future teachers of the technological educational field, ensures self-development and self-improvement of education applicants, stimulates cognitive interest, develops creative thinking, etc.
